Position Title: Customer Contact Representative

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on services, pricing, and procedures.
  • Set up new accounts and process orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and quick to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
